Country Master License
Country Master Licenses are available to image professionals.
A master license gives the holder:
- the license to train image consultants using TAIC/IIPL’s internationally certified course process and training materials. Note: you will need to be passed as a trainer by AICI if the course is to carry CEU’s.
- the license to print all materials except the colour swatches.
- the license to attract established image consultants to become merchants.
- the license to sell all TAIC/IIPL products to consultants.
- the license to translate any or all materials into their own language (unless it has already been translated).
- the Language License to any products written in that language.

To qualify for a master license you need:
- the license fee of $21,500.
- to sign a contract regarding TAIC/IIPL ownership of the IT, your responsibility towards protecting it, fees, royalties etc.
- a resume outlining at least 5 years experience as a full time image consultant earning a full time income.
- extensive experience and expertise in colour analysis and styling.
- to live in the country that you wish to have the license in.
- to be able to demonstrate your professionalism, success and entrepreneurial flair.
- At least AICI FLC credentials and be working toward your CIP/CIM status.
- to have training experience and a degree of expertise in training others.
- to be willing to make a business plan, set targets each year and strive whole heartedly to try and meet them.
- a spirit to help others succeed in their image career.
- funds beyond the master license fee to stock, promote and market the business.

TAIC/IIPL receives:
- 15% of the wholesale price of all goods sold to consultants or the public.
- 15% of the full training fee per student.
- Colour swatches are purchased from TAIC/IIPL at a master license price.

Language License
Language Licenses are available to image consultants who see the potential of translating our materials into a different language in order to generate an income. |
A language license gives the holder:
- the license to translate any or all of TAIC/IIPL’s products into language of their choice.
- the license to print the products - except the colour swatches.
- the license to retail the products in your own country and any other country that speaks the translated language unless there is a Master License holder in that country whereby they will sell the
products and pay you a 1/8 royalty.*
- the license to wholesale the translated colour swatches to image consultants*.
- the license to wholesale image manuals to image consultants and retail them to the public.
- the license to create and wholesale hard copy style portfolios for image consultants and similar businesses.
- the license to create and retail style portfolios for the public.
*Note 1: a product not to be wholesaled to untrained image consultants.
*Note 2: The license will stand until such time as a Country Master License has been awarded to that region. At that time you will earn a royalty on sales.

- the license fee of $2,500.
- to sign a contract regarding TAIC/IIPL ownership of the IT, your responsibility towards protecting it, fees, royalties etc.
- additional funds to set-up the eStyle portfolio if desired.
- to live in the country that you wish to have the license in.
- to be able to demonstrate professionalism and entrepreneurial flair.
- to have experience within the image industry.
- to be willing to make a business plan, set targets each year and strive wholeheartedly to meet them.
- funds beyond the license fee to stock, promote and market the materials.

TAIC/IIPL receives:
- 15% of the wholesale price of all good sold to consultants or the public.
- Colour swatches are purchased from TAIC/IIPL at a language license price.
Note: a language holder may also apply for a Trainers License.

| Trainers Licenses are available to experienced image consultants who have training experience and expertise and who wish to capitalise on TAIC/IIPL’s international certified ‘Mastering the Basics of Image Consultancy’ image consulting training course. |
A training license gives the holder:
- the rights to promote, use the product of, and facilitate image consultant training courses on behalf of TAIC/IIPL within their country of residence.
- TAIC/IIPL will post the training on their public website.
To qualify as a TAIC/IIPL trainer you need:
- the license fee of $1,500.
- funds beyond the license fee to promote and market the course and purchase the required training materials from TAIC/IIPL.
- to sign a contract regarding TAIC/IIPL ownership of the training IT and your responsibility towards protecting it and to agree to follow the training guidelines to maintain the course’s
certification.
- a resume outlining at least 5 years experience as a full time image consultant earning a full time income.
- extensive experience and expertise in colour analysis and styling.
- experience as a trainer including a profile, testimonials and references.
- have reached AICI CIP status or are working diligently towards it.
- be willing to host 3 training courses which have a minimum of 6 participants and share the profits 50/50 after all costs with Ann while she teaches you how to run the training course. The first course
Ann will facilitate. The 2nd you will facilitate 50% of the course and the 3rd you will facilitate at least 70% of the course. If all is well after that time you run all training courses on your own.
TAIC/IIPL receives:
- 15% of the total training fee per student.
- The trainer purchases all training materials from TAIC/LLPL at a trainerdiscount.
